“Wouldn't stay again”

The room was rated 3-4 stars on here so I expected a good bed and a good nights sleep. We arrived late and even though I had a reservation, there was some kind of mistake and she had to take someone else's room so us three had two queens to sleep in. I'm sure the people's room she took for us weren't very happy upon their arrival. It took forever to check in and after we got up to the third floor neither of our keys worked so I had to go back down and get new ones programed again. The room was very hot and the air conditioner wasn't on so we had to wait a while for the room to cool off before we could think of trying to sleep. The sheets we low quality and had that strong bad hotel smell to them, which I find very hard to sleep in. The rooms weren't very clean. The breakfast was very good and they had a good variety, but it's all shoved into a corner where all the people are stepping all over each other like cattle, not really what I want to do for my breakfast and then we had to sit on a couch because there were no chairs and tables available. I wouldn't ever stay there again especially since the rooms in the hotels down the road are better and pretty much the same price. They just happen to be sold out for the night we needed.
