“Word to the Wise”

The overall hotel experience was average. Nothing stood out to make Ramada, "the place to stay" in Moab. The parking lot was tight. Our room was average, but very clean. Comfortable beds and the room was far enough away from the road that traffic noise wasn't a concern. However, there was a walkway outside our door and the door and voices echoed horribly. The air conditioner for some reason popped over to heat in the middle of the night and was noisy. At two AM I just wanted to turn the whole system off and thought I had, but it pooped on again. No instructions or tricks to work the thermostat, just frustrating. Good news, the beds were very comfortable. My only real complaint is make sure you don't get reamed on prices when booking during events and peak season. Research your options. I think VRBO would have been cheaper and would have increased the overall enjoyment of the trip. Cool town, but money hungry hotels.
