“High price for low quality”

We rented 3 rooms for mulitple nights from Sept 30 through Oct 9, 2012. We spent almost $5,000 on these rooms and the service was terrible. Not once in 10 days time did the maids change the sheets on any of the beds in the rooms. The floor was not vacuumed. The bathtub was not cleaned once during that time and a black ring formed in the tub. When we brought it to the attention of the front desk and manager, they just shrugged and said nothing....nor did they do anything about it. On top of that we were told there was wireless internet service in the rooms, which is what sold us on the Ramada. However, that internet service was spotty and faded in and out. We were not given an apology of any sort and were disgusted by the price and lack of service.
