“Stained and Wet.”

I will not stay here again. The sheets were stained, the carpet was matted and dirty especially near the door. The toilet leaked from underneath and the bathroom floor was wet. My daughter had shoes on and when her pants touched the floor they also got wet. I told her to call down to the front desk and report the problem and see if they had an onste washing facility we could use to get our clothing clean for the next day. The phone did not work so she walked down to the front desk where she was told there was a laundry facility but not for guests. A simple no would have sufficed. Then in the morning while showering, I noticed the tub was filling up with water. I reported these things to the front desk and she said she would look into it. Not an apology or anything to let me know she or the company regretted I had a bad experience. The $30 savings between this hotel and the one I stayed at two weeks earlier was the only reason I choose this hotel and I was wrong, The $30 would have been better spend at the other hotel.
