“Check In \Out Times & Rates”

This is my 3rd Stay at this hotel. I like it there. Location is great. This time however, the check in\out times, are inconvenient. When people arrive at the airport, the times they arrive must be given some consideration. People are travelling, and cannot control \determine flight times. With check-in times 3 hours before, your flight & 3-4hr flights, you experience jet lag. When arriving at the hotel you are told, "check in time is 3:00 p.m" but in reality its closer to 3:30p.m., and there is a long line. You will get annoyed. If your room is ready, allow the guest to check in. The check out time should be a little later than 11:00 a.m. Additionally, "daylight savings time" adds to the time travel( via air) and check in.Over the years, your rates have increased. No problem. But the proportion of increase is substantial. At that rates, service should be better. I don't expect a 5 star treatment, but it's the little things that count.There was a mix up with rooms etc. and I had people banging at my door @ 11:00 pm my first night. However, the front desk quickly worked it out without any hassle.The A\C is still a problem. Very Noisy at times and confusing. Room Lighting also needs to be addressed. Extractor fans should be placed in the bathrooms & rooms where fresh air cannot enter. Overall, the cleaning staff was very friendly, transport staff was courteous & on time. Very efficient. This hotel's location is excellent. But, again it's the little things that count. Staying at the hotel is not a problem. These little things should be addressed.
