“First of all, the guys checking us is was rude when I...”

First of all, the guys checking us is was rude when I mentioned that I had my dogs. Then, the hotel proceeded to charge my debit card twice during our stay, after the room was paid for. The service in the in hotel restaurant was horrible. We waited quite a while for our drink orders to even be taken, then my husband wasn't even asked, and they forgot my mothers drink. It took them over an hour to just make our food, then it took almost 45 mins to just get the bill they screwed up my bill, I had some one else food on it. Granted the group I was with had about 20 people, but the restaurant was not that busy. It was over 2 hours total from the time we sat down to the time we got our bill. They said they were under staffed and wasn't expecting that kind of business, but he hotel was booked. they didn't even apologize for the wait and the waitresses seemed like they just didn't care. To top it off, the food wasn't that good, it was cold and soggy. You had to go to the front counter for pool towels, ok no biggie, but it seemed like it was an inconvenience to the clerk to get them for us.
