“We would not return to a Ramada hotel at any time in the future.”

This hotel was an absolute dump. I thought that a Ramada property would be acceptable for just one night, but I was so wrong. It was cheesy and the beds were uncomfortable. We had noisy neighbors when it came time to go to sleep around 10:00 pm so we moved rooms a few doors down. The one and only clerk who appeared to be on duty at the desk in the entire place seemed to prefer that option than him actually speaking to the guests and asking them to quiet down. Then, after we moved and got settled, the even louder, rowdier neighbors came home and proceeded to play music, speak in raised voices and have a good, old time (even though we supposedly were moved to a room with no one next to us or above us). I phoned the front desk to complain and ask them to speak with the partying guests about the noise level. He seemed reluctant to get involved and annyoyed by my call. Eventually, it got quieter. I could not wait to get out of that place. Looking back, I wonder about bed bugs. It was the kind of place that seemed like it was a possibility! Eww. I learned my lesson. The one advantage of this place was the location: right off the freeway so easy to find. That was it. Oh, and the complimentary breakfast? Served in the poorly lit bar/restaurant consisted of mini-yogurts, coffee/tea, 3 kinds of dry cereal and milk, limited fresh fruit, and waffles. My daughter tried a waffle and said it tasted like cardboard. By then, we were not expecting anything above sub-par, so it met our expectations. Stay away! One more note about the condition of the rooms: both rooms appeared to have bumpy, poorly repaired plaster around the door frames, particularly where the dead bolt was located. That feature did not make us feel particulalry safe.
