“Poor Presentation”

Arriving after dark we missed the hotel and drove by. It looked as if it had gone out-of-business. No exterior lights were on, not even the sign at the street. In the room, there were cobwebs in the corners and a Kleenex hanging from an ivory colored junction box cover above and beside the bed nearest the door. The bathtub faucet did not work properly and had to be pushed when turned in order to make the faucet work. The second night was spent with no less than three bugs of various varieties on the ceiling. Also, it was quite inconvenient to go from the first to the second floor for ice. It was obvious that this was an effort to cut costs, since each floor had a hook-up and drain for an ice machine. Needless to say, I won't be seeking lodging at this hotel on my next visit to Franklin, TN.
