“Terribly stay by any standard!”

Had to get a room key 8 times upon checking in. Was given keys to rooms that did not work or were already occupied. Finally found a room that was empty after 25 minutes of running around the hotel. Staff up front were nice and tried to be helpful but were way under staffed and needed help. Hotel was noisy, AC did not work kept shorting out and breakfast the following morning was terrible. Overall hotel was not very clean, overall bad moldy type smell was every where. Hotel was out of pillows and blankets so my kids who slept on the pullout couch had one sheet and no pillows so they slept in their coats and used clothes as pillows. I know it's not the Ritz where we normally stay but this was a terribly experience by any standard.
