“Horrible”

I called the hotel twice and was placed on hold for about 5 minutes each. I called back a third time and the young lady at the front desk said she did not have time to take my call because she was busy checking in guests. I arrived almost 3 minutes later to an empty lobby! What happened to the line of guests she was checking in? I only stayed for two nights. The last night, a young blonde woman with a bang and bun (not a manager) called my room at 10:37pm, while I was sleeping and said I had 10 minutes to come to the lobby and pay! When I checked in the young lady confirmed that I can pay in cash instead of a card payment at check-out. Check-out is not at 10:37pm on the last night of stay. Also, I had a difficult time getting a receipt for my payment-I was told to go online. I had to ask for a manager in order to get a receipt. I do not reccommend this hotel to anyone! The best part of this hotel is the restaurant and room service. Customer service from the from desk needs to be re-evaluated immediately!
