“Recent Stay”

Employees lack a "hospitality" attitude. Short of help most of the time so guests don't get served properly. I did a seminar for Sugar Foods Corporation on November 30 and the California Room was not ready and when we asked for help it took quite a while befor the extra chairs were removed and the coffee was brought in. I went to use the treadmill and it didn't work. One of the elevators was always out of order. The men's restroom in the lobby was alwazs dirty. Guest rooms were missing things or out of order. The door of Room 242 did not lock automatically and the dead bolt had to be activated to make it work. The beverage machine did not take cash or a credit card. The person at the front desk didn't really care about it . . . one of the employees didn't know how to work it.
