“We stayed there because it was close to a job that my...”

We stayed there because it was close to a job that my husband was doing. There was a roach in our food. I told the staff and all they did was change us room and appologize. WE have stayed several times but time after time we get disappointed. We have stayed there at least 2 times per week in the past 3 months. By now I would have thought that we would have been treated like valued guests. WE did not get a discount or free dinner knowning that there was a roach in our dinner. Some of the rooms are nice but not all. They say they are remodeling yet we seem to get the old out of date rooms that smell and we have to ask for better rooms. I have given up with this hotel. The attitude of most of the staff is as if they are doing us the favor of letting us stay there. I pay to have a pleasant night. If I pay for service I expect it. My husband and I have been staying else where since the last staywith the Ramada. WE decided to drive further but at least we get better service and quality. I have been disapponted too many times by this hotel.
