“My organic green tea was taken from my room”

- My organic green tea was removed from my room by room service it was not open and I was looking forward to drinking it. When I brought up the matter to the front desk I felt like no one cared. "I've never heard of that happening" the can was full and unopened. And the manager said she would get back to me about this and never did. The hotel was fine needs to be fixed up but it served its purpose.
