“Should be a Two Star”

  , Citrus Heights
This hotel has a three star rating with a two star feel. I think the only reason it rates a three star is it has interior doorways. The sheets were clean, but the carpets were super dirty. We had a room that could accommodate up to six people, however, we were only able to use wifi for three devices. When we called the front desk, they were unable to fix this. Also, the breakfast was DISGUSTING. We are not picky eaters, but we looked at the food and walked away. They were even out of butter lol! After not using the breakfast tickets for 3 days, I went down to get a banana, yogurt, and toast for my daughter who was not feeling well enough to go to a restaurant. I brought the ticket and explained what I was doing. I was treated as if I was stealing, they even asked my name and room number. I explained that I had tickets up in my room for all the days we had not eaten there, but they still told me I couldn't take the food up to my room. It wasn't like I was sneaking food out for my trip to Disneyland, it was clearly a breakfast meal. I was astonished at the way I was treated. The walls were very thin too, we were woken up at 5:30 each morning by a neighbor. Overall, we were sad that we chose this hotel and will never stay there again.
