“Convenient”

The location is great... 5 min walk in to the park. The pool is perfect for the kids with nice big shallow area for the little ones. The staff were friendly and the rooms were OK except the carpets were filthy. My kid's feet were black on the bottoms after walking around barefoot in the room. They absolutely won't let you get room keys until the check in time of 3:00. We arrived at 2:45 and they made us wait until 3 before they would even consider giving us keys. Even then, the room was not ready and we waited another 30 minutes for keys. When we arrived at our room there were no towels in the bathroom and one of the beds wasn't straightened. It was obvious the room wasn't ready. The staff finally brought us towels about 45 minutes after we had arrived. As for the free continental breakfast... mediocre at best.
