“Improvement Needed”

I was very satisfied with the location of the hotel, however, we paid additional each evening for use of the King Suite. However, the counters, sinks, carpet, and "Jacuzzi" were filthy. We felt as though we could not walk around without the use of socks or shoes. The Jacuzzi was unusable due to soap scum and mildew. When you used the sinks, there was visible mildew and distinct smell of mold. In addition, one of the guests had a hearing loss and the poor lighting made communication more difficult. The counter above the bar area/refrigerator had permanent black markings from previous guests. It is understandable that the location is in high demand and there would be no reason for Ramada to spend the money for reservations, however, this was disappointing enough that we do not plan on bringing our business to Ramada in the future.
