“Mr Lad,1st of all I was not looking for an upgrade to...”

Mr Lad,1st of all I was not looking for an upgrade to begin with! I simply would of been happy with a cleaner room. It became an upgrade issue when Nishima or Nimisha said because I did not pay a higher rate rooms were not available. So I said I will pay whatever it takes to get a better room. When I originally checked in Rosemary advised the customer before me they would be getting a newly renovated room... When I asked for a better room I was told it would happen on Tuesday 8/6. Not maybe, Not if I paid a higher rate. I was told I would get a better room by 11 am or after. I called on Tuesday before 11 to remind whomever on duty what I was told the night before. A male took the call then said would call me back in ten minutes. Ten minutes passed and that is when Nimisha called to say it would not happen. On Wednesday morning we get two calls to switch rooms after the fact that I emailed the corporation of the situation. So of course I was not going to be inconvenienced with moving rooms on the very last night of my stay. How rude and stupid to even offer at that point. The bottom line is your customer service was very bad and as far as Ramada the brand. I will not be patronizing any of them anymore. I never stayed at a Ramada in my life and now I know for sure I won't do it again. I will make sure everyone on all of my social media networks and everyone I encounter knows how Ramada hotels look and the service I received. Your apology is not accepted I would prefer you refund my money and we will leave it at that n never do business again. Thank you for nothing at all.Andrea Gonzalez
