“Terrible!”

All front desk staff were RUDE and very unhelpful. During check in, I was not told that a large hold was being placed on my card when we were going to split the total among several people and pay upfront and when I asked for her to cancel the the hold, I was given attitude and told there was nothing she could do and they don't allow you to split the bill at check in, since when? I now how less money to spend on the rest of my vacation. Then during check out, when I was trying to confirm that the hold would be taken off before they truly charged my card, the woman was nasty & said "Well I don't have a magic button that will take the hold away." Just plain Terrible customer service. Then to top it all off, their vending machine ate my money! We always have stayed here before but NEVER Again!!!!!
