“Worse Hotel experience”

This hotel trip was a nightmare. When I first arrived to the hotel, the staff member did not even greet us with a hello or friendly service. After checking us in, he did not explain any of the hotel amenities to us and just gave us the handout. The room was a little worned down. My bathroom was dirty and the bed was uncomfortable. I had the worse spot of the hotel with the my window right over the bus stop, causing constant noise thru the night! I had an issue with my reservation of the hotel due to booking the room without knowing that I had purchase a pre-payment plan discount deal. Even after talking with the reservation call center, she never once explained this to me and I told her that I would be needing to change my payment information once I got to the room and that my co-worker would be paying for her room. Instead I got charged for both rooms on the wrong credit card and the manager stated there was nothing he could do. I think this is unacceptable, any hotel who has a problem with their guests would try to resolve and fix the problem, this hotel did nothing to resolve the hotel payment issue..and just wrote me a letter to my employer and bank. I will never stay at any Ramada and I will be spreading the word to my friends, family and co-workers around the U.S.
