“Clean. Comfy Enough.”

Walking into the lobby is underwhelming and could use a face lift. The staff at the desk were nice. I had to say "hi" first and ask about parking. Being in the hospitality industry myself I expect more, but a greeting, parking instructions and hotel ammenities should be given to every guest. I was with my friend when she checked in and we waited for ten-fifteen minutes becuase the rooms were not turned over from housekeeping and there was a great deal of confusion. How do I know all of that? Becuase they were talking about it at the desk in front of everyone standing there. Again, they were friendly enough but I feel there is room for improvement. The bellman on duty was very nice, accommodating and helpful. On the way to the room we were greated by a housekeeper who was friendly, the room was clean, the bed was comfy. We never utilized the restaurant. Overall, a good stay.
