“Disappointed”; Jan 31, 2013 Valerie O, Penticton; I have stayed at this Ramada location a few times prior to this visit and did not experience the poor service and room quality that I did this trip...I was very disappointed and will not be returning again...even though I visit the Island a few times a year!
