Ramada Limited Vancouver Downtown

I am very sorry that the size of the room you stayed in "spoilt your whole stay". Our property is located in a 100 year old historical building and some of our rooms are a little smaller that some of the newer, more expensive properties here in Downtown Vancouver. That being said, we encourage all guests....if there is something that you are unhappy about with your room, please let us know right away and we will do our best to fix it or give you some options. At the end of the day we want all guests leaving the hotel VERY happy! « hide

Very sorry to hear that you were not happy with your stay. Being a 100 year old historical building we have some much taller buildings surrounding us and therefore some of our rooms face the adjacent wall of said buildings. We do rely on our guests to let us know if there are any issues with their rooms so that we can work with them to find something that suits their needs. We hope that you will chose to visit us again...we are sure we can find a room for you that will meet and/or exceed your expectations! « hide

Thank you very much for posting a review of our property! We are a historical building and therefore our rooms can be a little smaller than some of the newer, more expensive hotels. Our rooms are very comfortable and clean and most of our guests are out exploring all that this great city has to offer. We do offer a free breakfast every day to our guests and it can be a challenge to meet everyones dietary needs but we certainly do our best. One correction on this review....we do not have bacon on our breakfast buffet.....we tried it for a week and you would be shocked how much bacon people can eat!! :) « hide

You are correct...we are not in Coal Harbour. We are about 15 blocks from there. Most hotels in that area will be in the $300-$400/night range, will charge for WIFI as well as breakfast. That being said...if you are looking for a great, centrally located hotel that offers clean, comfortable rooms at a fraction of the cost...then come see us! « hide
