“Ramada Langley / Surrey”

This hotel is well-located for our purposes. Staff were very friendly and quickly provided us with additional hangars. The room was adequate but the shower drined progressively more slowly with each passing day of our 5-night stay. The complimentary breakfast (various cold cereals, croissants, bagels, toast, muffins, yogurt, eggs, sausage, pancakes, juices, coffee and fruits) was welcome but the eggs, pancakes and sausages were cold. One morning the breakfast area was full of people while the overflow are was reserved for guests from a wedding and was empty. We met the newly-appointed general manager who advised us the hotel is about to undergo some major up-grades. Thet are needed.
