During the renovation process the wireless network service has seen some disruption, but I'm pleased to be able to say that we are in the final stages of a complete re-engineering of our wireless infrastructure. The installation of our new components is currently underway and we are optimistic that when completed, the Ramada Hotel in Prince George will have the best quality wifi in the region. We have been listening, and I am very pleased to be able to tell you that both the shower shelf and lighting issues in the newly renovated bathrooms are being addressed, Work has begun on the new installations, and a number of the rooms have been completed already. All of the newly renovated rooms will have upgraded lighting in the bathroom and built-in shelves in the showers when we are done. We are excited for this change and we thank guests such as yourself for voicing your concerns and allowing us the opportunity to make this change for you! Hello MingF,Thank you for your review, it is valued and appreciated. MingF, we are working towards a solution with regards to shelving in our new showers so that our guests do have somewhere to place their shampoo/conditioner etc. With our new rooms, the design is specific for our rain shower feature. We also offer other styles of rooms which offer a standard or jacuzzi tub to relax in during your stay, such as our King Suites or our Jacuzzi Suites.
