“Very Disappointed”

  , Northport
About the only thing I liked about this hotel was the location. Lots of shops and restaurants very close by, but the property was very dirty and run down. I was very disappointed. The rooms were dirty and the air was very stuffy and stale. I called prior to staying and asked about a pool. I was told that there was an indoor pool and an outdoor pool if the weather was nice. When we arrived the outdoor pool didn't even have water in it and the indoor pool was VERY Green. I called the day before to inquire about it and they never mentioned that it would not be usable. My husbands socks were very brown after only being in the room a short time and there was hair on some of the wash cloths in the bathroom. About 9:30 PM we had a knock at our balcony door by a worker that had locked himself out of his room while out on a smoke break and asked to come through. He had climbed through the railing to our balcony. The workers were talking to my husband about how runned down the property has become and how it has been left go. I don't know if I will ever stay at a Ramada again. I have stayed at Ramadas before and was shocked when we got to this location.
