“Not what was expected”

  , West Memphis
I was told by Wyndham rewards this was a 4 star review. This hotel was a small step above a motel 6. Room was dusty, ac did not work well. TV was a tube tv that did not have a clear picture. Room stated on website that there was a refrigerator and a microwave, my room had neither one of those. I booked two rooms, one for a family member that was traveling with me. The front desk attendant booked me upstairs and my family member on the bottom floor both on opposite ends. I requested to be put on the bottom floor with my family member the front desk attendant stated to me that there was no empty rooms. Then come to find out this is the indoor hotel but there was no elevator so I had to load all my stuff up to the second floor. She put me at the very back on the second floor down the hallway I counted three rooms that were occupied the whole entire time downstate, my aunt informed me that on her side of hotel there was many many rooms that were available however the attendant refuse to put me next to my at family. When I got up to the room I noticed that it was rather hot I tempted to turn on the AC however it did not blow very well. I then checked out the bathroom the bathroom was not to a four star review, the tab had black mold around the base of the tab and also mold was present in the grout of the tile. Once I got to the second level I noticed a peculiar odor in this hotel it's smelt musty it's melt old it smell like old cigarettes. I plan on never staying at this hotel again it was not my worst experience but it certainly wasn't a good experience, the bed was uncomfortable the room was hot, the room had a odar. There was too much walking and no elevator to unload your belongings. TV was blurry but bad channels, just not a good night.
