“Excellent Value”

We chose this hotel to stay out during our trip "to Cherokee" Its about a half hour away from the casino, straight through the mountains. We stayed here for 3 nights for a fraction of what it would cost to stay in Cherokee. (We wanted to spend less on lodging and gamble more at the casino!)The good:The employees that we interacted with were friendly and helpful, The interior and exterior of public areas appeared neat and clean. Our room was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable, no stains or strange smells. It was an excellent value! The bad: The parking lot got full at night, and parking our large truck became difficult when only a few spots remained. The pool- if it is something you were interested in utilizing was TINY! And its right at the front door to the hotel, which sort of bothered me. We could hear housekeeping halfway down the hall in the mornings vacuuming. The housekeepers weren't noisy, and we never heard a peep out of any other guests, just the vacuum! We managed to sleep through breakfast each day so I cant comment on that. Also we had the mountain view side, and it was beautiful!
