“Horrible customer service!”

We had to ask for towels after housekeeping cleaned our rooms and were exppected to go get our clean towels from the front desk, when we noticed and asked for the towels when the cleaning lady was 2 rooms down. The evening girl at front desk was rude. Always rude. Upon check in, she lied and said that my roommate who arrived before me said to charge our room to my credit card, when I called an hour beforehand to let them know it was ok to give her a key and to remind them specifically to not charge my card because we were splitting and paying for the room 3 ways with cash. This was Wednesday, its now Sunday, Im still waiting for a refund on my credit card. Also, we couldn't used the hot tub becaue when I went down and asked for towels, there were only 3 towels for the whole hotel to use. There is a nursing conference in Batesville every spring, you would think they would be prepared for it. Next spring, our school will be staying at the holiday inn express. I know they can handle the abundance of guests. the bar is absurdly expensive and the lady at the door is rude as well. This was such a shame, because this was the nicest and cleanest Ramada I have ever seen. But the hotel staff is just pitiful and the manager speaks such poor english that you really cant understand him. the breakfast is horrible! needs a decent restaurant that actually cooks food.
