“Bad experience, poor management”

Arrived at hotel at 9:45PM and was greeted by a friendly attendant.My sister and I needed to wake up early to go to see our brother at Seton Hospital and were awaken at 6:45 by dripping water coming down a vent into bathroom/shower room.I called front desk and reported incident, no one came until second call was made 20 minutes later (they were checking room on top, instead of ours)Front desk manager appeared with a mop and pail, intending to mop, when water was pouring down vent. The water seemed to have a yellowish color????We had to dress quickly and use bathroom by front desk.Manager wanted to give us a 30% discount and explained that "this was NOT their fault".i have stayed at many hotels in Austin and never had such a terrible experience and poor service.Unfortunately, this experience was very annoying and I lost my temper by saying that the least they could do is refund us 100%, the manager showed no sign of remorse nor cared.I will never stay at any Ramada Inn or hotels associated with chain.This information will be send to all my business associates, family and friends.
