“Great Staff-old hotel!”

We arrived around 10pm. Upon check in- the staff was very friendly. We got into our room and found it to be very aged. Their were stains on the bathroom walls; the tub was very stained with I don't know what; the paint on the bathroom door was chipping off. We were extremely tired, so we decided to stay anyway. I decided to take a shower and when I went to blow dry my hair, the hairdryer sparked out and went dead. I called the front desk and they said that the "morning shift" maintenance would have to bring me a new hairdryer. The beds were Ok. I called in the morning, and a very friendly maintenance man came and installed a new hairdryer. The next day, we had meetings all day when we came back to the room, our key wouldn't work. We went to the front desk and they re-activated it. We went to dinner and came back and our key didn't work again. We went to the front desk and were asked if we were using it correctly as it should work. We made the desk clerk come with us and she found out herself that our key did not work. She said "well I will open it for you this time" and left. I would not suggest this hotel as it is very aged and dated. The microwave was probably made in 1960-but it worked great. It was fairly noisy due to all the semi-trucks parked in the parking lot. I will not be staying here again.
