“stay at flagstaff Ramada”

Staff unhelpful....about pool noise and creaking ceiling all night long!!On the pool, it had a sign that stated the hours from 10am-10pm. Our room was next to the pool, bottom floor, At 10:15 pm we called front desk about pool noise and occupancy...we had to call again at 10:45pm....still promised to take care of....by 11pm...gave up. Then all night long the upper level was creaking....not sure if it was guest or other critters scurrying back and forth. We had planned to stay 3 nights but left after 1st night of noise and no help. We went to front desk in the morning to see their response to our complaints....the clerk was texting on her own device and was also unhelpful. we decided to leave on her response to our complaint. she could have offered to move us to another room away from pool and noise. She did not. Or she could have offered to credit us some money for our inconvenience but she did not. We went around the corner to another hotel where the staff was friendly and helpful.I tried calling to reach the manager to talk to them about our problem. Vic was unavailable.
