“Nothing worked”

- The room was alright the first two nights; although I had to turn on the bathroom fan to block out the big truck noise from I40. The third and final night was horrible. I was in a very cold climate and the heater malfunctioned during the night. I had to get up every hour to reset it. Finally in the morning I went to take a shower and NO HOT water!!!!!! I went to front desk and all they said was, " yes we know and you just have to wait until the tank fills back up. An hour and a half later still no hot water. They were usually out of most of the breakfast items and the computer in the lobby did not work. I needed to make a reservation and couldn't. Very disappointing hotel stay.
