Please know that during those two days, we were waiting for the telephone system parts which is not available immediately. Our team quickly resolved the issue with regard to the TV remote as we have always prepared for this. The telephone issue is the first in seven years and as much as we would like to resume the service right away, the parts needed had to be imported from out of the country. During that time, as some rooms were affected, we allowed all the affected guests to use the front desk telephone for all their long distance calls. We deeply value your relationship with us and we are committed to providing you with the highest level of service simply because our guests deserve the very best.
