“vacation”

we have stayed here many times and try it over and over, not sure that i will ever do it again, they keep claiming they have new management and things have changed, but the customer service is very very poor, you ask them for something never get it, very rude people to talk to, alot of inconviences, our key card never worked when we went back to the room, had to run to the front desk have it activated all the time and stand in line again and get it reactivated to enter the room, completely broke down one night the maintenance had to let us in late at night, when we got there , there was blood on the sheets and black stuff not sure what that was, and the light bulb in one lamp was all broken and laid down asked for maintenance and wasnt until the next day before they replaced, the toilet did not flush properly it spouted up water out on to the floor all the time, the laundry for guest was a joke, the laundry soap machine was broke after i put money in it and didnt work had to walk to front desk again to get someone, waited over an hour for someone to show up, then cost me 6.00 to dry clothes because they were so old wouldnt dry them, let alone the time i wasted all day waiting for my clothes to dry, just alot of inconviences, not happy at all
