“It'll do in a pinch”

Stayed there one night due to it's close proximity to Northlands which is where Cique Du Soleil was being held. My Mom was in a queen room and said it wasn't bad. Had a balcony. My fiancé and I stayed in a king in a different tower. The room was tiny with no balcony. The bed was rock hard and the pillows were huge which made sleeping on them rather difficult. The rooms were clean enough. We ate downstairs at the restaurant and the manager couldn't have been any more unprofessional. Our server was obviously just learning English so had a hard time understanding what we wanted. When she'd ask him for clarification he couldn't have been more rude or condescending to her! And then when she went to get our order he came over to the table and was bad mouthing her to us. If you have a problem with your employees, you address it in private. NOT in front of your customers!! Also, our non smoking room reeked of stale smoke.
