“Review”

Breakfast staff repeatedly did not clear away other plates, cups, cutlery, and settings, so I had no space to read paper in morning. First morning, staff member placed me in tiny table behind cash register, and did not clear away other setting on table, so I was reading paper balanced on chair, with cash register going beside me, while other stalls were available. Breakfast staff person appeared to be doing job to best of her ability, so I believe training in removing settings from table and selecting most pleasent settings for guests, not convieniance of server was not done. As I said, staff member seemed to genuinely be doing her best and was making effort.While checking in staff member first could not make my credit card go through, then claimed payment had been taken on my credit card, staff member had to seek supervisors help to simply check me in. When I went to extend, staff again needed supervisors help to extend, and then debit machine originally used did not work, only then did I find out that payment for other days had NOT been collected as original staff member claimed. I have been double and overcharged for rooms several times, so I was completely unimpressed, front desk staff are not capable of checking in guests or extending their stays.
