“Rude manager at checkout”

We had problems with our Jacuzzi tub not working, so when we checked out I mentioned it and asked if they would consider matching a regular room rate. While this seemed like a reasonable request to the front desk girl, the manager that came out insisted that there was nothing wrong with the tub and that I just didn't know how to use it. Also, there was "no way" she could give me $40 off the room rate and offered to give me $20. Given her rude and condescending tone, I refused, and opted to speak to the manager the following Monday. His customer service abilities were at roughly the same level.
