Dear Elton D,Thank you for your feedback regarding a thin cover on the bed. The standard in each of our guest rooms is to have a duvet on the bed (triple sheeting) and a spare blanket in-room should it be required. While we would like to think this is an isolated incident, please always feel welcome to call Guest Services should you find anything in the room missing or not suitable. In-room coffee/tea is complimentary and an unfortunate oversight if not provided during your stay. We do appreciate the grave importance of Internet availability and apologize that you experienced problems with the connection but trust this was remedied with the support of our Guest Services or our IT support services. In reference to parking, the size of our lot will most often accommodate guest demands however there are occasions we are faced with referring to a nearby public lot with our offer to refund the difference paid, if in excess of our $18.00 daily fee.We welcome your comments while guests of the property and whenever possible, will work quickly to remedy the situation(s) and to minimize any further inconvenience.
