“Crack pipe in chair”; Jan 02, 2013 Colleen Y, Oregon; The hotel is clean although dated. My husband keys fell out in the chair in the room, when he retrieved them he also retrieved a crack pipe with them. We told they check out girl and she seemed truly sorry.

I can not express enough how sorry we are that this happened. We do our best to not allow things to slip through the cracks, but in this case it appears that we failed. I have spoken to our housekeeping staff in regards to making sure that this incident is never repeated. « hide
