All reservations are to be prepaid in full by February 1st, 2009. This includes all room charges and applicable taxes. Any cancellation must be received in writing prior to February 1st, 2009. A valid credit card is needed to reserve a guest room during this date. All credit cards used to reserve the room or rooms will be charged for the entire guest stay on February 5th, 2009. This applies to multiple room reservations utilizing the same card for guarantee. All credit cards that decline will be notified via telephone and have 3 business days to provide an alternate method of payment. If a method of payment is not supplied within this window, the reservation will be cancelled.

Guest will receive a day pass when they show their room key to Johnson City Health and Fitness and Wellness Center. It is located just a few miles away and guests are even able to catch the city transit bus to the gym.
