- The Cancellation policy for this hotel is 24hr prior to 4:00 PM except during the dates of 3/5/10 to 3/21/10 when cancellation policy is 7day prior to 4:00 PM . There is also a Security deposit of 250 US dollars required at check in for these Spring Break dates, which is payable by Credit card or Cash only.
- The Cancellation policy is 72hr prior to 4:00 PM for the following dates: 5/22-25/09, 6/26-8/22/09, 9/4-7/09, 10/8-11/09, 11/25-28/09, 12/31/09-1/03/10.
